Granada Court is a luxury apartment complex located in the Pasadena Playhouse District, a downtown district with museums, galleries, shopping, dining, and entertainment, including the Pasadena Playhouse, built in 1917. The project’s 31 townhouses and flats open onto landscaped courtyards—one with an outdoor fireplace, another with a limestone fountain and pomegranate trees, the third with a shaded barbeque area. Each unit also has a private balcony, deck, and/or patio. A below-grade parking garage accommodates residents’ cars.
