Glenwood Park is a new neighborhood located on a former industrial site two miles east of downtown Atlanta. The project transformed an obsolete industrial landscape into a walkable, complete neighborhood, with shops, apartments, townhouses, single-family homes, an elementary school, and central green space. Glenwood Park’s new single-family homes are located at the neighborhood’s periphery, effectively transitioning to adjoining established areas. The development’s architectural style was inspired by historic neighborhoods in Atlanta.
